Description: hollow cast copper alloy head has a flared, circular base and a cylindrical, ridged neck. Face has incised curved brows, large, almond-shaped eyes with gouged pupils, flat, wide nose, and full, parted lips. Also has detailed ears. Below eyes are V-shaped scarification pattern made of circular stamps. Across forehead are 6 raised oval scarification marks. Wears round, close-fitting headgear with round opening on top. Headgear has raised diamond-shaped pattern, ornamented with 4 floral, 2 cylindrical attachments, and oval pendant hanging from front center. Back rim of head gear has single braids & notched strands (hair?) Hanging to touch bottom of neck. Rim of flared base is decorated with braided pattern. Surface of flared base covered with scroll designs & each side has raised ornamentations of a leopard, bull's head, an arm holding a weapon, & an oval.
